Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak68 platform, operated at pak68.cam (the "Platform"). pak68 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform built for Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino products, responsible-gambling tools and educational content about online gambling.

pak68 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory authority. The Platform operates under the terms of its international licensing framework. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before placing any bet or accessing any gambling service.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform — whether by registering an Account, placing a bet, using any free-to-access feature or simply browsing the site — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• You accept sole responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

These Terms apply equally to users accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other locations in Pakistan and internationally. Local legal restrictions do not alter your obligation to comply with them.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pak68, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or the applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or close relative of pak68 or any associated Operator entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any associated service, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and been formally lifted.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion program operated by any national or industry gambling exclusion scheme that is active and applicable to this Platform.

Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful and current information during registration and for updating such information promptly if it changes.

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address that you own and control.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. pak68 will never request your password via email or chat.
• Notify pak68 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.

pak68 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided false information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks are mandatory before full withdrawal access is granted. pak68 and its Operators are required to verify user identity as a condition of their licensing obligations. You may be requested to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction volumes or patterns trigger AML review thresholds.
• Payment method verification documentation where required by the Operator.

Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion; however, withdrawals will be held pending successful identity verification. Failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified funding source to the extent permitted by law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply:

Bonuses & Promotions

pak68 may from time to time offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Bets, Cashback Promotions and other incentives. The following general conditions apply to all such offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. One bonus per user, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses must be accepted and activated in accordance with the individual promotion instructions before the stated expiry date and time.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unfulfilled requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms. Live betting may contribute differently to casino games.
• pak68 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules where stated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or similar circumvention technology.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct intended to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event.
• Placing bets with knowledge of corrupted or manipulated information not available to the general public.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers or any technology to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users.

Responsible Gambling

pak68 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from within your Account settings without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss limits over a defined period.
• Wagering Limits: Caps on total stake amounts per session or period.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Configurable session length with on-screen notifications at set intervals.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Contact support to discuss reactivation eligibility after the period ends.

Account Suspension & Closure

pak68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, without prior notice where warranted, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the user against deposited funds.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal direction from a competent authority.

On closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the user's verified funding source to the extent permitted by applicable law, minus any applicable deductions in respect of bonus funds, suspected fraudulent activity or outstanding liabilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak68 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Betting losses incurred as a result of participation in any market or game.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with the Terms or applicable law.
• Third-party conduct, including the conduct of payment providers, Operators or other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, data compilations and the overall look and feel — is the intellectual property of pak68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pak68.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) and all related names and marks are the property of their respective owners. pak68 has no affiliation with, endorsement from or partnership with any of these organisations.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by pak68's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention and service improvement.
• Data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.
• You have rights to access, correct and request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
• Cookies and similar technologies are used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

pak68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak68's licensing Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms creates a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction or an acknowledgement that Pakistani gambling law permits the use of this Platform.

Users in Pakistan access this Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful under applicable Pakistani legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.
