Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment. At pak68 we are committed to keeping it that way — with tools, information and resources that help Pakistani players stay in control of their play, their time and their money.

Adults Only — 18+

pak68 is strictly for adults aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory before full account access is granted.

Deposit & Loss Limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and net loss caps directly in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion

Temporarily cool off for 24 hours to 6 weeks, or permanently self-exclude. Once activated, exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. No support ticket required — manage it yourself in-platform.

Session Time Controls

Set a maximum session length and enable reality-check notifications at intervals of your choice. When your limit is reached, the session closes automatically — keeping your play-time genuinely under your control.

Activity History

Review a full history of your deposits, withdrawals, bets and session durations at any time from your account dashboard. Understanding your own data is one of the most effective tools for staying in control.

24/7 Support Access

Our live chat support is available around the clock. If you need to discuss responsible gambling options, account restrictions or self-exclusion, our team is trained to handle these conversations with care and without judgment.

18+

Adults Only

pak68 is strictly for users aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the Operator or license jurisdiction. This is not a discretionary policy; it is a platform requirement enforced through KYC identity verification.

Age Restriction & Our Commitment

Online gambling is for adults. pak68 enforces this without exception. Every user who registers on the Platform is required to verify their identity and age through our KYC process before withdrawal access is enabled. If there is any doubt about a user's age at any point, the account is suspended pending verification.

The 18+ requirement applies regardless of where you are accessing the Platform from — whether Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan or any other city. The age restriction also does not in itself confirm that gambling is legally permissible for you under Pakistan law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other Pakistani legislation may restrict or prohibit gambling activities. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. This is not legal advice.

If you have concerns that someone under the minimum age may be accessing the Platform using your account or device, please contact our support team immediately and consider using parental control software on shared devices. We take underage access seriously and will act on any report without delay.

Parental Controls: If minors share your device, we strongly recommend installing third-party parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites. pak68 does not endorse any specific product, but independent parental-control solutions are widely available.
18+ Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit gambling. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your location.
Your Player Protection Tools

All tools listed below are available directly in your pak68 account settings. You do not need to contact support to activate or adjust them.

Immediate
01
Deposit Limit

Cap the total amount you can deposit over a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Reductions take effect within minutes. Recommended starting point: no more than you would spend on a night out in Lahore or Karachi.

Immediate
02
Loss Limit

Set the maximum net loss you are prepared to accept in a given period. When your loss limit is reached, your account is automatically prevented from placing further bets until the limit window resets or you adjust it — subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limits.

Active During Play
03
Wagering Limit

Independently cap your total stake volume per session or period, regardless of wins or losses. This gives you an additional layer of financial control beyond deposit and loss limits — useful if you tend to increase bet sizes after a big win.

Time-Based
04
Session Time Limit

Define the maximum duration of a single gambling session. When your limit is reached, you are automatically logged out. You can also enable reality-check pop-ups at 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals during a session to see how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

Short-Term
05
Cool-Off Period

Take a break from gambling for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days or up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, your account is deactivated and you will not receive any marketing communications. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

Long-Term
06
Self-Exclusion

Permanently or long-term close your account. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Minimum self-exclusion periods are determined by the Operator's licensing requirements. After the exclusion period ends, reactivation requires a formal request to support and a mandatory reflection period before access is restored.

How to Access These Tools: Log in to your pak68 account → navigate to Account Settings → select "Responsible Gambling" from the menu. All six tools are listed there with plain-English instructions. If you cannot locate the settings panel, contact live chat support immediately — do not wait.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not always look the way people expect. It rarely starts as an obvious crisis — more often it builds gradually, through patterns of behaviour that feel normal until they are not. Recognising the warning signs early gives you the best chance of addressing the issue before it escalates.

The following behaviours are commonly associated with problem gambling. If you recognise several of these in yourself — or someone you know — it may be time to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools or speak to a professional support service.

  • Spending more money on gambling than you intended or can comfortably afford, including money set aside for rent, food, utilities or family needs.
  • Chasing losses — placing further bets in an attempt to win back money you have already lost, often escalating bet sizes in the process.
  • Feeling irritable, anxious or restless when not gambling, or when attempting to cut back on gambling activity.
  • Lying to family or friends about the amount of time or money spent on gambling, or hiding gambling activity from people close to you.
  • Neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities due to time spent on gambling or dealing with the consequences of gambling losses.
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions or using credit to fund gambling activity.
  • Feeling that you need to bet increasingly large amounts to get the same level of excitement or engagement from gambling.
  • Making repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down or stop gambling, despite wanting to do so.

Quick Self-Assessment

Honestly answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers — this is for your own reflection only.

Have you gambled more than you planned to in the last 30 days?
Have you ever tried to win back money you lost gambling?
Have you borrowed money or sold items to fund gambling?
Has gambling ever caused conflict with family or friends?
Have you felt anxious or irritable when not gambling?
Have you hidden your gambling activity from people close to you?
Have you thought about gambling when you should be focused on something else?
If you answered "yes" to two or more questions: This is a signal worth taking seriously. We encourage you to set deposit and session limits now, or activate a cool-off period. Consider speaking with a professional support service. You are not alone — and taking action early makes a real difference.
How to Self-Exclude

Self-exclusion is one of the most effective tools available to players who feel their gambling is getting out of hand. On pak68, you can activate self-exclusion directly — without needing to speak to anyone first. Here is how:

Log In to Your Account

Access your pak68 account from any device. If you are unable to log in, contact live chat support and they will initiate the exclusion on your behalf.

Go to Account Settings

Navigate to the Account Settings section in your profile menu. Look for the "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" subsection.

Select Self-Exclusion

Choose between a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or long-term / permanent self-exclusion. Read the confirmation notice carefully before proceeding.

Confirm Your Decision

Confirm the exclusion. It takes effect immediately. Your account will be deactivated and all marketing communications will cease. You will receive a confirmation email.

Seek Additional Support

If you have self-excluded, we recommend also contacting a professional support service (see the resources below). Self-exclusion on one Platform is most effective when combined with professional guidance and broader lifestyle support.

Important: Self-exclusion on pak68 applies to this Platform only. If you use other gambling services, you will need to self-exclude separately on each platform.
Financial Safety Tips

Managing your money responsibly is central to safe gambling. These practical steps can help you stay within your means — whether you are betting on Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football or live casino games.

Set a Budget Before You Play

Decide in advance the maximum amount you are prepared to lose — not win. Treat it like the cost of a cinema ticket or a meal out in Islamabad. Once it is gone, stop. A PKR 1,000 to PKR 2,000 session budget is a sensible starting range for recreational players.

Never Use Essential Funds

Gambling money should come from genuinely discretionary income — not from rent, grocery budgets, loan repayments, school fees or money held in Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank accounts designated for household expenses. These payment references are contextual only; no payment provider endorses gambling.

Do Not Chase Losses

This is the single most damaging pattern in problem gambling. If you have reached your session budget, close the Platform. No bet placed to recover losses has a higher probability of winning than any other bet — the odds do not change because you feel you are owed a win.

Alcohol, Stress and Gambling

Avoid gambling when under stress, tired, emotionally distressed or after consuming alcohol. Impaired judgment leads to larger bets, faster decisions and greater losses. If you have had a bad day at work or a difficult family situation, this is not the time to open the sportsbook.

Support Resources

If gambling is causing you or someone close to you problems, the following resources can provide confidential guidance and professional support. These are text-only references — availability and services are subject to the operator's license jurisdiction and may vary.

Problem Gambling Helplines

Many international licensing jurisdictions require Operators to maintain access to accredited problem-gambling helplines. The Operator's responsible gambling page will list the applicable helpline for your region. Calls are typically free and confidential.

Gamblers Anonymous

Gamblers Anonymous operates internationally and provides peer-support group meetings — both in person and online — for individuals affected by problem gambling. Check the GA website for meeting availability in your country and region.

Mental Health Support

Problem gambling frequently occurs alongside anxiety, depression or stress. Mental health professionals — including counsellors, psychologists and psychiatrists — can provide support that goes beyond gambling-specific resources. Seek referrals through your local healthcare provider.

Family & Financial Counselling

Gambling problems affect families, not just individuals. Family counselling services and nonprofit financial advice organisations can help with debt management, relationship repair and rebuilding financial stability after gambling-related losses.

A Note on Pakistani Law: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling. pak68 does not claim to be licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. We do not provide legal advice. Players must understand and comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before accessing gambling services.
